How do I make an order?

You may make an order through our website directly. Click on Shop Now to view our menu.

Can I make special requests in my order?

Yes, please indicate any special requests in the Remarks section of the checkout page. We will try our best to cater accordingly.

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept various payment methods such as PayNow (via HitPay at checkout), GrabPay, Credit Cards, Paypal, and more!

Please checkout using the website and you will see the payment options.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery timings?

The available pickup & delivery dates can be seen on the Cart page. You will be able to see the available dates once you've added an item to your cart.

What if I need my order at a specific time? (e.g. before 5.30pm)

Do note that multiple deliveries are batched together in one route in order to keep our costs low so that we can offer you the best rate possible.

Hence, we are unable to ascede to requests to deliver your order before a certain time (e.g. before 5.30pm) as it all depends on your address, order size, and what time the rider picks up your order.

If you need your order at a specific time, you are adviced to choose the "Store Pickup" option to pick up the items from our store directly.

You can also self-book a GrabExpress service to pick up the items from our store afterplacing your order as a Store Pickup order. Do email us if you're doing this so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth collection by your rider.

What locations do you deliver to?

We currently deliver islandwide in Singapore, as long as your location is not restricted and can be accessed by our delivery partners.

Can I self-pickup?

Yes, you'll be able to see pick-up order at the cart page once you've added an item to your cart! We offer multiple pickup locations at any of our stores.

Can I change my delivery details?

Yes, we can help to change your delivery details. However, you'll have to notify us at least 2 working days before your delivery day for logistical reasons.

For changing of delivery timeslots, you may only choose a new timeslot that's currently available. Do contact us via email to do so.

Why was my order late?

While we try our best to deliver your order on time, there are factors which are out of our control such as bad weather conditions, traffic, or peak periods which make it difficult to find able and willing riders to complete the delivery route.

Our kitchen always prepares the order on time and stores your food in a safe manner to ensure that you receive them as fresh as possible.

In the event of unfortunate situations where your order was delivered more than 2 hours late, or was received in poor condition, please email us.

How long can I store your food?

Our food is best consumed immediately for freshness

If you wish to store them overnight, please store them in the fridge. It can generally last for a few days. Reheat before consumption.

What is the best method to reheat your food?

You may use a microwave. Do not overheat as it may result in the food becoming dry. 30-60 seconds is usually suffice for Martabak Manis, and about 2-4 minutes for other food. Actual timing will depend on your microwave temperature.

If you prefer, you can also use an Oven, Air Fryer, or any other reheating tool of your preference! For Martabak Manis, set your oven at 160 °C for 8 mins.

How do I create an account?

Do I need an account to make an order?

No, if you do not wish to create an account, you can simply checkout as a guest.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by first logging out, then going to the log in page again and click 'Forgot password'. This will allow you to reset your password.

Will you be on Grab / Foodpanda / Deliveroo soon?

Yes, we're currently on various merchant delivery platforms. Do note however that you may or may not be able to see us in your app as these apps are location-limited (usually 3km radius).
