Part-Time / Full-Time Service & Kitchen Crew

Locations: Funan (City Hall)

Remuneration package

  • Attractive basic salary packages with starting pay from $10-12/h for part-timers, $1,800-$3,000/month for full-timers
  • Salary increments of up to $13/h for part-time or $3,300/month for full-time kitchen staff based on loyalty and performance
  • Great career progression with opportunity to promote to supervisor / manager for those who demonstrated leadership material
  • Attendance Incentives up to $100/month
  • Completion bonus / Loyalty bonus of up to 1-month salary based on contract agreement

Responsibilities

  • Daily hands-on operations activities such as cashiering, attending to walk-in customers, shop closing
  • Preparation of food and drinks in compliance with health and safety standards
  • General cleaning and maintenance of workplace and equipment
  • Monitor and Liaise with Logistics Delivery Riders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Experience not required as training will be provided - Required to complete 4 hour trial. You will only be hired after you pass the trial
  • Willing to work on Sat, Sun & PH
  • Passion for the F&B industry
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Higher starting pay if you have experience in f&b, particularly kitchen hand skills

Full-Time F&B Store Manager / Assistant Manager / Team Leader

Locations: Funan (City Hall)

Remuneration package

  • $2.6k-$4k monthly salary
  • Annual Wages Supplement (AWS)
  • Additional up to 3 months Performance Bonus based on store's annual sales under your management
  • Salary increments based on your performance
  • Career Progression to Area Manager
  • Staff Discounts and Free Daily Entitlement
  • Work closely with the Founders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all facets of daily store operations
  • Build an excellent, motivated team by being a great leader (setting a good example, communicating and provide support)
  • Continuous training and re-training of team members to improve customer experience and work efficiency
  • Ensure adequate manpower at all times through proper manpower planning and active hiring, as well as managing discipline and incentives for attendance
  • Be responsible for all administrative duties such as inventory management, sales and costing reports & forecast, invoice consolidating
  • Work closely with Directors in management meetings to feedback and give ideas to improve the store businesss
  • Ensure smooth execution of in-store activities and promotions, implementing & promoting loyalty program
  • Ensure compliance to product quality, hygiene & safety standards
  • Investigate issues relating to customer feedbacks on service and product quality
  • Ensure that the handover, closing and opening procedures are complete in each shift
  • Deposit all cash collections into the bank daily
  • Perform other duties/tasks as required
  • Responsibilities may vary depending on experience, seniority and qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in supervisory roles at a Cafe/Restaurant/Fast-food/Kiosk/F&B sector
  • Sound knowledge of what it takes to run a successful F&B store, such as the service & presentation standards required, operational SOPs etc.
  • Passion to improve and meet sales targets and to attract more customers
  • Good people management skills and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy and be good at hands-on duties at the store. An excellent problem-solver who is able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Stayed in previous workplace for over 2 years. Desire for a long-term career and to work with Employers who care.
